The National Anti-Doping Agency of Moldova (ANAD), in cooperation with NADO Armenia, is organizing a training course for Doping Control Officers (DCOs) from May 22–24, 2026.

The course will be held in person and aims to provide participants with comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge regarding doping control procedures, in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards.

During the three days of training, participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills regarding the responsibilities and professional conduct of Doping Control Officers, sample collection procedures, athletes' rights and responsibilities, as well as the importance of promoting integrity and fair play in sports.

The course will be delivered by international experts: Angela Sahakyan, Head of the Doping Control and Results Management Department at the National Anti-Doping Agency of Armenia, and Roger Sabat, Cybersecurity Expert at LockCon, Switzerland. They will guide the participants through both theoretical sessions and practical exercises dedicated to implementing doping control procedures.

This initiative reflects the commitment of ANAD and NADO Armenia to building anti-doping capacity, promoting clean sport, and ensuring the effective implementation of anti-doping programs at both national and international levels.

The course will bring together specialists and future Doping Control Officers interested in contributing to the protection of athletes' health and the promotion of fair competition.
