Under the umbrella of this year’s general slogan, “EUROPE IS YOU: PEACE. FREEDOM. GROWTH.”, the Agency conducted an extensive information and promotion campaign dedicated to the spirit of fair play.

CHIȘINĂU, 9 mai 2026 – Agenția Națională Antidoping (ANAD) s-a alăturat marii sărbători a unității și diversității, participând activ la evenimentele organizate în cadrul Orășelului European din Piața Marii Adunări Naționale. Sub egida sloganului general al ediției din acest an, „EUROPA EȘTI TU: PACE. LIBERTATE. CREȘTERE.”, Agenția a desfășurat o campanie amplă de informare și promovare a spiritului de fair-play.

Clean Sport – A Pillar of European Values
Between 13:00 and 18:00, the NADA team interacted with hundreds of visitors in the public-dedicated zones, explaining the close link between the country's European path and the adoption of international best practices in the field of sports.
The Agency’s main activities during the event included:
Interactive Information Point: Distributing educational materials regarding the risks of doping and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
Dialogue with Youth: Q&A sessions for young athletes and their parents about what it means to be a "winner" through hard work and honesty.
Promotion of the “Clean Sport” Campaign: Integrating the message of integrity into the flow of activities on the “EU Solidarity in Action” Alley, demonstrating how European support contributes to developing a society based on rules and mutual respect.

“Europe Day is about shared values, and sport is perhaps their most powerful ambassador. The National Anti-Doping Agency's participation in the heart of the Capital is no coincidence: we are here to state that a European Moldova means a Moldova that competes honestly. We promote peace through sport, the freedom to choose a healthy lifestyle, and the growth of a generation of upright champions,” stated the representative of the National Anti-Doping Agency.

Throughout the day, NADA representatives participated in the key moments of the program, from the official opening held by the Ambassador of the European Union, H.E. Iwona Piórko, to the gastronomic and artistic zones, emphasizing that the integrity and discipline specific to sports are fundamental elements for the development of any modern European community.
